Neyyar Dam

Neyyar Dam holds back the Neyyar river in the foothills of the Western Ghats, close to Thiruvananthapuram. The reservoir sits inside the Neyyar Wildlife Sanctuary, with forested hills all around and the peaks of the Ghats in the distance.
